We work to process and ship every order with accuracy and speed.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During launches, collection drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Customers will be notified of significant delays.

Shipping Time

Domestic U.S. orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment confirmation, depending on destination and carrier.

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

RTMO may ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other approved logistics partners.

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and service availability.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 36 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, RTMO is not responsible for carrier-related delays, lost packages, or delivery interruptions caused by the courier.

However, we will assist in resolving the issue whenever possible.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees required by their destination country.

RTMO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
